「We were able to change rooms once we got there because the carpet was dirty & there wasn’t a washer & dryer. When we checked in, I was told you could not get clean towels & bath cloths because we had a washer & dryer. The staff were not consistent in the information they provided. Most were rude except for Chris (manager). The cleaning staff came in twice before we checked out. Seems like they would be updated in real time once people checked out. My daughter and her friend were getting dressed...

「We booked a Two bedroom Two bathroom condo at this place, with 1 king bed and two QUEEN beds. We were given one king bed and two TWIN beds. Tried calling the number on reservation, we were told nothing else was available and to reach out to Expedia.
