「I highly recommend this resort. We had an amazing time with the staff from the bell hop, to the front desk, to the concierge, housekeeping and restaurant team - I felt like I was getting Disney resort level service. The rooms were great - the hotel lobby and dining space were very nice. And the whole place was surrounded by jungle, yet close to everything. Pool deck area was wonderful as well, though some of the tiles were worn. They also have a spa and we had a great massage there. ...

「Las piletas del hotel son espectaculares y la comida del restaurante es muy buena. Las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento y una limpieza profunda, también mejorar las camas y los blancos. La terapeuta que me atendió en el spa muy mala, no tenia ni idea del tratamiento, me decepciono mucho porque no es barato el servicio.」

「Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. 」

「Check in 的時候櫃檯搞錯房型，Check out的時候帳單金額也錯誤，本來櫃檯人員不願更改，還好自己有把訂房的email留下來仔細找出免費項目才免除費用。再來就是房間的整潔度實在有待加強，床單枕頭套都是髒的，第二天還出現蟑螂，冷氣也必須開很久房間才會涼，實在很不Ok！而早餐及晚餐，食物的種類選擇不多，擺放也擁擠，因此拿取食物的時候整個感覺好混亂，食物也不好吃。還好唯一覺得開心的是滑水道孩子很喜歡，不過這是必須額外付費的項目！」

「Room is little old but still fine. Some light bulbs at room are out of order. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is yummy. Call taxi from hotel is cheaper. Good experience and recommend.」

「Generally satisfied with the hotel services. Staffs behaved helpful and friendly. The location is adequate and convenient to eating out and shopping. A local travel agent at the reception is helpful and easily arrange the daily local tour. 」
