「I booked this hotel as it was one of the only hotels in Zagreb with a pool (and pretty much the only one with an outdoor pool) for an anniversary treat on the last night of our holiday. 「We stayed there for two nights and found the towel hanger had blood strain on the first day but they didn’t clean it throughout our stay! They won’t provide hair dryer which is quite unexpectable 」

「入住前幾天就會收到住宿和周邊觀光的相關資訊，當天我們提早到apartment，聯絡host不到10分鐘就來幫我們辦check in，而且很親切地跟我們介紹環境，最棒的是還幫我們升級到更大的街景房。apartment內設備很齊全、乾淨又舒服，4號電車就直接停在apartment的門口！Check out後還可以寄放行李，離開時我們本來要坐電車、機場巴士到Zagreb機場，但host建議我們搭uber更方便、更便宜，最後還幫我們叫好uber，真的是很貼心，很愉快的住宿經驗，非常非常推薦！」

「地理位置很方便。除此之外很一般。住了三个晚上，退房那天早上发现整个脖子和手臂两侧都长满了红色的包。一路长途飞回国内都没有休息好，因为来不及买合适的药物。在机场买药膏问询和回国看医生，都说是酒店洗浴用品卫生有问题导致（因为恰恰我只用酒店毛巾擦拭了后来长包的部位）。从来没有过这样的遭遇。。。体验很差。。。。我认为酒店应该有个说法，或者退款。差评。」
