「Very unfriendly staff at the reception」

「Super relaxing, reading a book on the patio, listening to the waves of the ocean. Beautiful view from your room. Even has a fireplace in your room for some romance if you needed that」

「Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」

「Overall it was good. Check the n was at 4. We got there early but our room wasn't ready until 4:30. The room was clean and comfortable but smelled like a pile of dirty socks for some reason. Breakfast was good. 」

「We had a great time. Hotel grounds were really nice. The room need an updating but over all we had anice stay. Very convenient to dowtown area, the beach and close to freeway access. 」

「Excellent location for location to Channel Islands NP. Had a balcony overlooking the harbor. Be aware flooding happens in this area if there are large storms, it can flood the parking lot. 」

「Great location and fun stay. The Tesla chargers on the property were a really nice bonus.」
