Room was clean and spacious. There are two desks and a chest with 3 or 4 drawers so there are plenty of working spaces. There is also a microwave, which is not listed on website but definitely a plus, besides the refrigerator. Both the sink and shower drains are good without any clogs, which is so good because most hotels or motels have those issues. Owner was so nice to allow me to check out 30-min late. Thanks a lot.

Clean room, great location, close to pier, but also other funky neighborhoods in Ventura, walking distance to the mission… I ended up staying a second night because it was in such a great spot. Staff was very friendly, the Motel itself is old, but it was very clean and parking was very convenient. I was able to park right outside my door.

This is a very cute motel and you can tell that they have done many improvements to the property and it's still being worked on in areas but the rooms are a nice size, the beds are comfy and they have a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in every room. The shower stalls could use a little updating but for the most part, the motel is a great deal for the price. It's within walking distance to the beach and there are plenty of dining options and entertainment nearby.

Room was clean but there was too many people who permanently rent rooms there. So parking lot wasnt safe. Noisy at times. And its funny but there was no cold water in the shower. It went from hot, to boiling, to scolding. Not a complaint per say but funny. I would stay there again just not with my gf.

this place totally sucks. People are super rude and from India they don’t like Americans very much. I don’t mind taking their money.. no visitors allowed give me attitude because I want my front door open. I told him it was none of their business and they said they didn’t like it. We never ever stay here again.

This was the first time booking a room from them. It is very clean in the parking lot, very quiet. My room was a standard room and it was clean!! No residual smell in the room. Has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a huge tv that actually works. The owners of this hotel are wonderful and respectful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. When I come to visit, I will be staying there again. Also, the price is reasonable vs other places similar to this hotel.
