「Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station 」

「The hotel is very welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and no request was unmet. Myself and my Grandma felt extremely safe and the service delivered was tailored to our visit. The breakfast was very filling and the food served in the restaurant was really good value for money. Absolutely will be visiting again !! The young chap on the reception was a fountain of knowledge about the area.」

「I rang ahead as I knew I’d be late to arrive. The lady on the phone was very bubbly, polite and most of all; helpful! When I got to the hotel, the nights team were cleaning the reception area but rushed to assist me through the doors. The gentleman behind reception was very knowledgeable about local traffic and the best routes to take for my onward journey and even gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher as I didn’t know if I’d booked breakfast or if it was included or not.
