「This hotel is ideally located for getting to the airport - but there is a downside to that: if you are in an airport-facing room, you are located at the end of the runway and the soundproofing isn't the best. Rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean. The lady who checked me in was lovely, spoke English better than I speak Spanish, and arranged my early shuttle to the airport for the next morning. 「I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.」
