「The staff was friendly but the room I had reserved was not available. They upgraded the room to a penthouse suite it was aweful from the first step in. The smell was horrendous, the floor had duck tape on it, the couch was very old. No remote for the tv, its an extended stay hotel and the kitchen had no dishes at all. There were roaches crawling on the bathroom floor as well. This was a last minute decision but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere...

「Almost everything was good except that the tv remote didn’t work properly and the shower water pressure was low. The staff was friendly and helpful and within minutes we were in our room. It was clean and comfortable and we had a very good sleep. Definitely would recommend it and stay here again. 」
