「The hotel’s location is fantastic and the view is superb. However, there’s still room for improvement in respect of service. Whenever we requested something, we were attended to in piecemeal fashion. Staff’s level of English may need to be improved. In addition, the bathtub was not equipped with shower gel or shampoo, and there is no TV in the bathroom. The TV also do not have Netflix or Apple TV functions. The theme of the room is also not Japanese enough, for which I cannot tell any visible...

「I booked five nights. The first night was not very good experience. They gave me a very bad room. And then I told them the room was very bad. The manager checked the room and they felt bad. They apologise to me. And then they upgraded me to the suite. I am so happy not because they upgraded me. Is because they really treat the customer very serious. When they found the room was not up to standard and they apologised. This is what’s we called “good service“. I will definately come back...

Breakfast were served in good portion and varieties. The only complain is the toilet needs extra ventilation for no matter how I sanitised and wiped with alcohol it still smells like concentrated piss」
