塞維亞 5 星級飯店

「住了二晚。離開前用完早餐，因太太頭痛不便用早餐，問餐廳服務小姐可否要一餐盒以便裝點麪包..（前一天看到其他客人也如此）。結果回答：只有一個字no. 此外無任何解釋或客氣的回應。超乎我對五星飯店應有的服務態度..實在遺憾。但詢問旅遊部門服務不錯。」

「Localização perfeita mas é complicado para estacionar. Não pode nas ruas e só tem um estacionamento pago que é lotado com filas de espera e temos que sair carregando as malas pelas ruas. Sorte nossa que nossa malas eram pequenas. 」

「Absolutely a great, luxury hotel with the kind of service you would expect at a luxury hotel. It’s not cheap, so if you’re looking for a deal, this hotel may not be for you. But, if you’re looking for a hotel in a great location, that is also quiet, and with outstanding service, this is it. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a small balcony. There were only 7 rooms on our floor, so the hotel is nice and quiet. And, it’s located on a quiet street, so there’s not much noise coming from...

「We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...
