「住了二晚。離開前用完早餐，因太太頭痛不便用早餐，問餐廳服務小姐可否要一餐盒以便裝點麪包..（前一天看到其他客人也如此）。結果回答：只有一個字no. 此外無任何解釋或客氣的回應。超乎我對五星飯店應有的服務態度..實在遺憾。但詢問旅遊部門服務不錯。」

「到达的这天正好是西班牙的三王节，酒店很热情地一一介绍，还帮忙定了弗拉门戈的门票，早餐也不错有些菜品会变化，就是蔬菜少了一点。地理位置优越，离景点近基本都是10分钟左右，离西班牙广场稍微有点远，大概20分钟步行。」

「The hotel location is amazing, walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room cleaning was very good. Hotel also offers free bottle of water and juice, snacks and coffee, which is really nice. The parking was a bit pricy but it is convenient as it is right at the basement of this hotel. We will definitely stay again. The only complaint we had was the breakfast, it was too simple for breakfast buffet. 」

「Highly recommend, great hotel, wonderful staff! Right in the heart of the city where you want to be. Speaking of the staff, my daughter had a medical issue which required a doctor. The hotel has an alliance with a local hospital who called us within 10 minutes and directed us to proper care. Fortunately, my daughter was ok but most importantly, my family was grateful and appreciative for the help. Above and beyond. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed. Breakfast was great as well!」
