「We arrived at the hotel at late night. When my car was about to turn left on the corner, several staffs started to gather at the entrance to get ready to greet us. One got my car, one took care of our luggage, and another took us to check in. The whole thing was smooth and made us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel was stylish and nicely decorated. 「No room ready for us, delayed check in for 3 hours w/o notice. No extra sleepers provided after requested. Nice landscape and decoration, nice ocean front view and beach. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . 」
