「There is nearly no service, slippers was running out for the two whole days when we stayed. The golf car waiting time is quite long time. The room is smaller than it shows on the picture. The ocean view is half and blocked. The price is pretty expensive and it doesn’t worth that. They over charge me $500. I need to call them even I still on travel. The carpet is dirty. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . 」

「We arrived at the hotel at late night. When my car was about to turn left on the corner, several staffs started to gather at the entrance to get ready to greet us. One got my car, one took care of our luggage, and another took us to check in. The whole thing was smooth and made us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel was stylish and nicely decorated. 「As always, this place is super nice, very attentive staff and very relaxing. Breakfast with a great view of Santa Barbara harbor and channel islands is a great experience. The restaurant has excellent food but I can't say the pricing is justified, normal high end hotel pricing I guess. A couple minor annoyances such as room AC not working to expectations but the room temp was still OK, just not as cool as we like for sleep 」
