"I traveled with my son, both of us love this hotel very much. The room is good size, very comfortable and clean. Toilet is equipment with electronic bidet that make daily job easier. This hotel also have washer and dryer which is free. 15minutes walk to airport transit or take taxi costed $3 USD. "

"We mainly interacted with the customer-facing staff members (front desk, restaurant), they spoke English well and extremely friendly. There is a little bit of a cultural difference (expected); my parents spoke to them in Mandarin while my wife and I spoke to them in English, the entire time they looked at my parents while speaking to them in English, my wife and I weren't offended; in this culture, you make eye contact with the adults rather than the 40-year old "kids". "It's a bit noisy as it is right across a primary school. Staff were nice but does not seem really friendly. The room was quite clean and the corridor from the elevator to the room was also clean and well lit. There is a good variety of small restaurants or hawker food stalls around the hotel."
