「When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review! 」

「Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( 」

「Beautiful facade and property, friendly knowledgeable staff. Great gym and pool area is so relaxing and makes you want to spend time outside. The room so fun and decor was perfect, with a large balcony. The tub was a half tub, bathroom wasn't spectacular but the rest of the room was. Its literally across the street from the airport you can walk to it easily and there are plenty of places to eat at near. You can also rent a car inside the hotel which I did not, or you can park for $18 a day in...

「入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！」

「Excellent experience in this hotel,very close to the Disney land ,we can see the fireworks in our room,and the free water park gave us so many fun. I love this hotel,if I come again, it should be my first choice.」
