「I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine」

「We have the following suggestions: you should be able to make reservations for dinner at each of the restaurants; there should be more variety for pescatarian/vegan meals; low sodium offers; a bar closer (we were in palapa #75) to the beach; towels: some people need more than two towels - I needed one for my back, one for my knees, one to lay on, one to elevate my leg, there shouldn't be a limit on towels. 「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
