Congaree is gorgeous. Only established as a national park in 2003 so it's pretty new and not very crowded. Beautiful hiking, biking, camping, kayaking or just for a day picnic. We will definately be back!
This portion of the Broad River is off of the Midlands Mountain trail; the portion by the river does not allow bikes
The view at the end of the canal trail from Columbia's Riverfront Park. It is a beautiful city park! For a video guide of the park and trail, please visit: https://www.hdcarolina.com/episode/riverfront-park-canal-trail
