WE did not have any notification that breakfast was included. We purchased our breakfast from the menu/. The buffet breakfast was huge, but expensive. Our room was upgraded, and was clean, comfortable, the staff was great in every aspect. A beautiful resort, beautiful views.

Beach house was clean. Location couldn’t be better. Ocean front. It’s a little beat up but clean. There are some small bugs but to be expected with an open air house.
