Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in. I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward.

Lots of shopping options and food options around the areas.

Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period. I wish I could have controlled the temperature in the room or been notified ahead of time, then I would have reserved a different hotel.

It would be good if we could choose the temperature controller to be heater or air con.

Great location walking distance to black pork street restaurant and market. Nice location and close drive to airport Lots of free parking spot outside if you hire a car.

very old property can use some upgrades n smells bad
