The rooms are very luxurious, and the staff are friendly. Although, not walkable to the hotspots - you will need a taxi. Also, no on-site laundry. The closest laundromat is about a 10 min walk. 4.5/5

Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up.

Great hotel in very convenient location. Fairly noisy but acceptable
The only thing that was a slight criticism was the air con was necessary at night but very blowy so ending up with a stiff neck as it was hard to get the room temperature right. It would also have been good to be able to access BBC news on the TV or at least one English speaking channel but not essential.
