We stayed in the Gem suite and everything was top notch. Room was spacious. Bathroom was well stocked and large. Extra touches, I.e. wine and fruits on arrival were perfect. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. There was plenty of selection and lots of new dishes to try. Anna was very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. We could walk wherever we needed to go.

Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

The staff are so friendly that they make you feel like home. They made every effort to make our stay a pleasant one. Cleanliness is always our highest priority and they met our expectation. The air conditioning and beds are also very comfortable. Want to give Rosie, Dong, May, Cindy, and William a big shoutout for always wearing a big smile on their face.
