The staff are so nice and very helpful. We have a bigger room and I like it that it has a washer and dryer. And the toilet has its own room separate from the shower room.

Rooms, staff, location, and breakfast were all amazing. Beautiful hotel with great in-house restaurants and subway access. Pool is available for an additional charge and has some strict rules, but still nice to have as an option in the Summer.

We went I Japan for two weeks. We stayed at the MONdat Ginza Tokyo the first week. It was perfect for us. I decided to stick with the same hotel chain in Osaka. The hotel was a block away from the Shinoyama Shinto Shrine. It's about a 7 minute walk to the nearest train station and 10 minute walk to Namba station. I stayed at a corner room, plenty of room for a family of four. The in-room combo washer and dryer was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. But if I visit Osaka again, I'll try to find a hotel closer to a train station assuming a better price. If not, I'd return.
