8 years ago I stayed at grand park otaru hotel. It was pleasant stay, I really like it a lot so I decided to stay at the same hotel this time round for my holiday.
The toilet had a very strong unbearable mouldy smell.

Love this hotel, easy access to shop, dining and bus airport transfer which is only 3 minutes walking from hotel to bus station. Joanita is the best receptionist in Japan that I met. He is so helpful and friendly. I would go back to this hotel if i travel to Hokkaido next time

Subway/train station is just a few minutes walk from hotel. Convenience store is also right across the street. Front desk staff was always very helpful.
