Perfect central location for a bucks party. Easy access to metro (Sukhumvit station BL22) and Sky train (Asok E4) as they are located above and below each other, right next to Terminal 21 shopping centre. Make as much use of these lines, as transport by car and tuk can take far longer and are more expensive compared to the train/metro systems. Stations usually close up by 12 am. Grab and bolt are both equally great transport apps for cars. Considerably cheaper compared to western countries. Though is more expensive than sky train / metro systems. Breakfast as expected fresh fruits, yoghurts, fresh omelet with custom toppings and arrange of western and eastern dishes. Level F for pool, gym, sauna (pre book 30 min. 2 pp max) and a games room with massage amenities near the pool area outside. Rooms were very comfortable in size and amenities. Washing / dryer (need extra cycle of drying if using the wash and dry option must let it finish cycle for the door to open). Staff were prompt with requests for laundry related issues. Complementary cart to and from hotel lobby to main street (has set hours finishing at 10/11pm). Lobby kept our luggage from 12 pm checkout till 7pm before we headed to the airport which is extremely convenient for our last minute souvenir shopping. All in all, we were very happy with our stay. Communication staff were extremely helpful. I Definitely do recommend this hotel for first time, and experienced Bangkok travelers.

The rooms were quite large with spacious closets. Some of it a bit outdated but well kept. Provided fresh bottles of water everyday. Hotel staff were excellent, friendly, and super helpful and fluent in english.

Early in the morning, around 6 a.m., there’s some noise, like a car passing by.

The laundry was inconvenient. The washer worked fine. The machines work on 10THB, there is no change machine in the laundry room and the front desk was out of coins. Further more the dryer costs more than the washer and it did not dry my clothes at all. Probably the exhaust is completely blocked. I tried to explain it to the front desk but they could just not comprehend what I was talking about. They were concerned that the machine may have taken my money. Technically I put money in the machine and it started spinning. Just not drying even after almost an hour. So i gave up and dried the clothes in my room. The breakfast was OK. The staff seemed annoyed at how many times they had to refill the coffee machine.

Just a great place to stay. Convenient for shopping public transport and nightlife. I always stay here becsuse i get treated well.

Central location, nice restaurants and shopping around, safe and well connected area. The hotel staff is friendly, polite, and efficient. The rooms are clean, updated, and very quiet. We had a good time.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and beds Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good. Heart of china town area. The bar - the red rose has a nice atmosphere for a drink with live jazz music in the evenings.
