Generally give a 5 star review for this hotel with the helpful service staff can communicate dual language, polite staff and clean hotel room Had encountered with air cond problem in middle night which 24H service counter provide prompt intervention some how management is required to look into this problem in order to maintain 5 star hotel recommendation

Another lovely stay at this hotel, nice location and quiet.

While I would prefer a larger room, the rooms and hotel facility have excellent amenities and it is in the heart of Silom so walkable to bars, clubs and restaurants. There is self-served laundry service in the hotel which is excellent and affordable non-luxury travelers. The pool is the centerpiece of the hotel, located between the two towels. My pre-teen son spent every day for a few hours in the pool. There is also a well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet is excellent with both Thai and Western food. There are also excellent restaurants like Mango Tree and massage parlors The Prime literally right next door. Hotel staff is also friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay between flights. The complimentary airport shuttle was a brilliant first impression of the service. The check-in was friendly and efficient and the family room was good (clean, well equipped, comfy king and twin beds) . The hotel is not really near much so we stayed on site. We ate at the Thai restaurant by the golf course and it was lovely. Breakfast in the Fountain restaurant was ok..

11th floor at front of Hotel was noisy with freeway traffic. Very clean and meals were nice.
