They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.

I have stayed in wonderful hotels all over the world and can honestly say that this hotel stands head and shoulders above anything I have experienced (Not just the fact that it is the 3rd highest hotel in the world).
The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring!
The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare.
The views are nothing short of extraordinary.
I can't recommend this amazing hotel enough!
