Spacious room, comfortable room and available amenities.
Breakfast had a wide variety of both western, Japanese and Beppu specific style food. All equally delicious.
Conversation between staff is relatively easy, but sometimes a translating app was needed depending on the staff. Despite that, the staff were understanding, kind and able to help me with any issues that occured.
