Dongguan Romantic Vacations

Location was between the castle and the gardens. Lounge was not as nice as expected. Served the same snacks and breakfast each day. Very limited drinks (no soft drinks ) . Only one selection of sake and it was very sweet. Udon at breakfast was tasty . Lounge staff was nice.

The Wifi was terrible, couldn’t get it most of the time. The breakfast was too expensive for what they offered. Hotel located very close to the train station and the port.

We stayed for four days and had a very enjoyable visit. We booked a double room, which was slightly on the small side, but it was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the city. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the outdoor hot baths were a real treat. The free shuttle bus to and from the station, which takes around 20 minutes, was really helpful. We also liked being slightly outside the city and enjoyed going for walks and runs from the hotel. Overall, a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

All details are worth 5 star. Excellent breakfast. Not luxury but very decent! For a convenient overnight stay - perfect.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the room was a generous size. The bath area was also higher quality than many standard business-style hotels in Japan. Our self-check in process was a bit cold and off-putting due to the need to converse with staff over a video screen. Other than this jarring and unexpected experience, everything went very smoothly.

It’s a self check-in hotel. Room Size is bigger than regular hotels around. Have kitchen tools and you can cook some simple food. Location is convenient where close to the shopping area and restaurants. No luggage storage service, no onside laundry.
