Staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was basic, I would have expected better quality, at least complimentary water bottles. Bed and fixtures were nothing upto a 5 star hotel.

Subpar hotel with very expensive food.

Restaurants were good , grand Lux is 24 hours here so you can’t beat that , late night food available until 2am as well at other places and the sphere view room is excellent . only part that could be negative to a drinker was the far walk to have a sphere view room . We stayed in a tower that Required plenty of walking and an elevator to the 10th floor . Another walk to get to the elevator that took us to the 22nd floor . Lots of steps / cardio but I couldn’t imagine anyone doing that walk tipsy in heels ..

Everything was great, from the staff to the location. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves.

It was a perfect little staycation spot! The apartment style rooms were nice, so me and my boyfriend were able to make meals and stay in! The amenities of the hotel were nice, just wish there were washer/dryer amenities onsite! Otherwise a very pleasant stay! Definitely will be coming back!
