Beautiful place. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no responses from our multiple requests for information. Beautiful and authentic which makes it a great place but no staff around. We had to go to the hotel next door for dining advice ( very few restaurants around but there is a convience store). Difficult to get to without a car as it’s out of town. Top marks for the staff at the hotel next door who helped us with food and taxis. Better service is needed for foreign travellers.

This was an amazing place with fantastic views and modern amenities, so close to Busan Station. We were blown away. It was a great home base for our week in Busan, and we loved having a CU convenience store so close by.

Great facility. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and there's a convenience store right inside. Location is out of the way from the rest of Busan, but otherwise it's awesome.

Overall, my experience was decent. My first day at the hotel was not great, but I had the chance to meet a woman who supervises the cafeteria, and she was very friendly and kind. One of the highlights of my trip was getting to know her and speaking with her in Korean every morning. However, the front desk staff were not very welcoming, and during off-hours I was unable to get any assistance. I believe the hotel should have staff available 24 hours a day, as most standard hotels do.
