The bathroom wasn’t as clean as desired. But overall amenities nice. Easy access to sphere and all the shopping desired. Plus lots of good food options in and off strip

We have stayed here several times. Its very convenient to other hotels and restaurants. We were disappointed that we were charged for a room upgrade despite our expedia status for a free upgrade. Our room was not properly cleaned. The couch pillows were on the floor, dirty glassware, missing mini bar items, stained bathrobes, greasy finger & face prints on windows, food crumbs on the floor, hair in the shower. The TV in the living room didn't work either. The new remodel was very nice though. They came to fix the cleaning issue fairly quick. We paid for a late checkout but was constantly harrassed my the cleaning staff in the last couple of hours. They knocked and tried to come in every 15 mintues despite having a do not disturb sign on the door and we even told a staff member in the hall about our late checkout when she asked us as we were leaving our room for lunch. It was very annoying. All in all our stay was nice. They need water filling stations or free bottles in the rooms because $8 for a smartwater in a desert climate is robbery. I think we'll look into Fountaine Bleu or the Wynn for our visit next year.
