The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

I've never been to Hong Kong so didn't know the best location when booking a hotel. I eventually settled on this one as it looked like there were two double beds and a harbour view from the Expedia photos. When we checked it there was just a single double bed and a very small fold out bed for my daughter. We asked about moving rooms, but apparently none of the rooms have two double beds, even though the photos show this. The staff were really helpful when we arrived as I had no cash to pay for the taxi, who wasn't going to take a credit card payment. They paid for it and I paid them on my room account. The rooftop pool was also nice and very quite. I don't think the location is great for a first visit to HK although it's fine. Our harbour view was also not the best, although we did have a great view for a drone show one evening. An OK rating feels a little harsh, as there wasn't anything bad about the hotel, but it was the first of our holiday and probably the worst overall. I'd give it 3.5 stars if that was possible.

Great Location, Next to MRT, Full of Amenities and short distance to all places.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent. It’s within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, malls, and public transportation. One of the thoughtful touches I really appreciated was the lobby amenities. Guests have complimentary access to filtered water in different temperatures, an espresso machine, snacks, and soft drinks. Overall, the combination of the great location, well-kept facilities, and excellent complimentary amenities made for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.
