Everything was excellent - large and beautiful rooms, lovely staff and good service. Only gripe was the elevator renovations during our stay, it made checkout and leaving the hotel rather difficult as there's over 20 floors, and several layers of car parks. The elevators were always packed to the brim as they were so slow and you'd often be waiting 10 minutes to see that elevator was full and that you needed to wait even longer.

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and amazing view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House (level 21). The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Could do with a bit of updating and there wasn't any room service but overall, a good stay."
