I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point of day tours, it was convenient for day tour
The staffs were helpful, I arrived at 8:45,and asked for early check in due to the early flight, with the help of the lobby staffs ,we finally checked in at 10:30
Although not bottle waters provided, There was a water machine at the lobby provided hot and cool water.
The Room was clean and comfortable.
I will choose this hotel next time I come melbourne

"It's really classic hotel from outside to inside. If you really love the antique furnitures, you must love it. Hope the hotel can improve their modern facilities, such as USB adaptor, wifi and more electic socket in the room."
