Unacceptable

Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this.

Stayed at Le Wafou a few times over the years. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options in the poolside bar and reasonably priced.
