「Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.」

「Excellent staffs」

「There was nothing unpleasant about my stay; Internet worked reasonably well, breakfast was fabulous and dinner was alright too.I loved the facts that there is plenty of fruits and vegetables served all meals! The lift has a permanent fault where it stop automatically going down on the first floor ALL the time. This little annoyance ought to be repaired. 」

「Votre site n'aurez pas confirmé ma réservation. Il a fallu que je paye ma chambre, alors que je lavais payé sur votre site. Pas de wifi, pas de petit déjeuner et eau froide. 」

「 Cet hôtel a prétendu n’avoir aucune relation avec Hôtel.com et à donc refusé de me loger. N’ayant pas accès à un réseau Internet je n’ai eu comme solution que de prendre la chambre la moins chère dans le voisinage. Et compte tenu du préjudice que j’ai subi je demande à Hôtel.com de me compenser la différence de prix.」

「J'ai été arnaqué. J'ai fait une réservation en ligne et j'appelle pour la confirmation, on me dit que le site en ligne n'est pas pour l'hôtel mais ce sont des arnaqueurs alors que j'avais déjà payé.」

「First of all, the listing here is possibly scammy, the property does exist and it's not bad but they are not affiliated with Expedia, some scammer seems to have listed them here to steal money, so don't pay here until this is sorted (I had to pay again at the property). Other than that, the actual property is very basic and simple but nice and the staff is nice there, the region as as whole is not very good but if you're going there then that's a nice option.」
