The property overall exceeded our expectation. The breakfast service/selections was great and had a wide variety of food. Overall staff friendliness and service was outstanding. Central location. Clean bathroom and bedding. Easy check-in and checkout. Carpets could do with an update/steam clean (I made use of the complementary slippers). Welcome lounge available daily, but didn't make use of it due to busy schedule.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was fine - a great shower - if a little bit dated. The location was absolutely perfect...steps from the shinkansen station and an easy walk to downtown.

We had a great stay! However we didn’t feel that the overall rating of 5 stars was justified. It was nice and walkable but not our favorite stay in Japan. No complaints, staff just wasn’t as attentive as other places. Overall, solid if you want to be in the center of the shopping district.
