チェックイン時から不愉快な経験をしました。
①洗濯機上に使用済みバスタオル3枚
②屋外の物干し竿に干したままのタオル1枚
③洗濯機フィルターはゴミ詰まりで砂だらけ。
その不具合を連絡すると、その状況を画像を送れ、と。
事前評価で残置物コメントを拝見しながら、改善されてると思い予約しましたが、誠に残念な体験でした。
【不具合報告】
・玄関インターフォン、壊れてます。
・空気清浄機、壊れてます。
建物は奇麗ですが、監理体制が残念でなりません。
