Had a brief but very pleasant stay. Good location, clean and safe grounds.
Please note that the reception is on 13f, and that the initial entry door is a little hidden, but also motionless activated.

The hotel room was nice and it is in a good location if Hiroshima. Our only comment is that there was a lingering noticeable smell in the lobby after breakfast. We enjoyed staying here.

Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!
