Miyajima Pet-friendly Vacations

Room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to attractions.

While the hotel staff was accommodating, my recent stay was severely impacted by pest and maintenance issues. My first two nights were pleasant, but I soon discovered a bug on my floor towel, followed by several more crawling in my bed the next morning. Although the staff promptly moved me to a new room and offered a complimentary breakfast, the incident left me highly anxious that pests had infested my personal belongings. Furthermore, the on-site washer and dryer did not function properly. After five hours in the dryer, my laundry was still completely wet. I ultimately had to hang my clothes and use a hair dryer to finish drying them.

It was close to everything I wanted to see in Hiroshima. Everything was in walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a big selection to choose from.

Very convenient location. Value for money

OK place to stay , But don't have laundry done there, one bag of laundry cost us ¥15,500 about £75.00 . Probably my fault knew it would cost a bit but that was insane, Completely ruined are stay there

spacious room with lots of amenities not seen in most Japanese hotels: washing machine, dishes and utensils, pots and pans. Very comfortable stay, definitely look for the same brand next time.

Incredible stay! The restaurant is Michelin Starred level, the spa is wonderful, the staff very helpful and the location very close to the Miyajima Ferry.
