"The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and the view of the Guggenheim was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to as there were quite a few ! We loved our stay here in Bilbao and can’t wait to return !"

"Actually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it."
