They had transport to take you to the town Nana which was only 5 minutes from there by tuk tuk quiet area at the end of an alley would stay there again

Outstanding attention to detail. Staff was helpful, polite and courteous.

The property is in a very touristy neighborhood with lots of shops and food (including street food) options. It’s also close to a BTS station. The staff is very accommodating and the hotel is generally clean. They do not provide an iron in the room. The room could use some updates and the bathroom could use a detailed cleaning to rid the mildew in some areas.

Very nice property lots of options for dining

The room was quite clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast with limited choices and is the same every day. The room air-con is cooling in the early part of the night but is warm near morning.

Clean room, Staff friendly, Airport shuttle is excellent and easy to find, breakfast is great, this is our second time staying at this property and we will return, great idea for early departure or late night departure. Would recommend this hotel to our friends and family Only we had wonderful and relaxing stay. Only downside far from everything.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to this hotel as they exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is superb, it's elegant and cozy. The staff were all accommodating and pleasant. We loved the breakfast buffet as it offers variety of food and it's very tasty. Overall, the service is totally amazing and I can personally recommend it as it provides convenience and comfort, plus it's very cheap for the entire service package.

Room was super quiet and the hospitality workers were timely and thorough. I would stay here again for sure. Thanks to the whole staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s very nice and family-friendly — perfect for kids. The staff are kind and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again!
