Right in a shopping area, so the gf was happy. Easy to get to and access to plenty of things. Room was nice, but could've had better pillows. TV allowed for me to login to Netflix and YouTube accounts for watching stuff when winding down which was a plus. Amenities like razor blades, toothbrush, etc were free. Would stay here again.

Room was amazing, real cosy vibe. The windows being full height really made the experience for me. Really enjoyed looking down at the street and seeing everything going on. Staff were amazing and really helped us with our luggage forwarding - they triple checked everything was correct with the form even go so far as to ring the destination hotel to confirm the address.

There were was en enitre mall between this hotel and sendai station, i spent a few hours going and looking at all thw different shops, the rooms were perfectly clean and the staff overall was very helpful

The lobby is opulent and the whole place has an old school vibe.

Convenient location and great view from the upper floors. The room was spacious and the bed and bathroom perfect. The breakfast is expensive for what it is at $28 and we opted for it only once. There are good options nearby. Overall, it proved an amazing stay.

Pleasant staff, very efficient. Room was clean, central location, close to large strip mall and train station. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Room was good condition,some places not clean.Toilet and bath area were not clean.Please concentrate on changing the small furniture like table inside room
