Very unique property. Great view. Loved the layout of property. For additional cost provided breakfast basket each day. Town has a well stocked grocery store nearby. Very picturesque village with a wonderful wine bar.

The location is very unique and lovely. Also liked the fact you could go down to the ocean for a swim and is also on the route of an official PRC Hike on Pico. The infrastructure looks a bit outdated and needs some additional maintenance: I hurt myself really bad on the crooked swimming pool ladder, ...

Damp and moldy
The air was very damp and smelled like mold. There was indeed some black mold on the shower curtain and on the window curtain. Everything felt slightly damp in the room including our pillows.
