South Central China Luxury Vacations

Like the hotel staff and the shopping mall near the hotel. Not too far from the subway station and has a Starbucks coffee shop close by. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have a laundry facility but on the Expedia website says it has. So it’s misleading to me because I was expecting to do laundry when I arrived.

The location was excellent and the view from 45 floor was breath taking.

staff were friendly but not going extra step to help, room with smell of cigarette in a non-smoking room

Room, bed, bathroom were very nice, definitely would book again. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the robot that delivers orders to the room. The downsides were the wifi was not very good and we had to use cell service instead, and also booked this because the advertise laundry but it is a service and they charge by the piece.
