The overall living standard & hotel facilities are above average. All the staff including the doorman，duty manager and housekeeper are very enthusiastic & willing to offer assistance. Just that the mattress of the room is too soft which affects our sleeping quality. Fortunately, the housekeeper help to lay out a hard mat over the bed so that we can sleep well.
In addition, the breakfast is great & delicious with most of the local favorite.
Will come again next time.

I like the room because it is very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the subway. It is nice to walk around the hotel building. The building it self it’s a nice space to walk around.

"金雞湖畔的洲際飯店，地點近商圈，購物，餐飲都很方便。 唯飯店管理並不嚴謹，飯店整體呈現老舊，房間的乾淨、舒適度也達不到五星級的標準。 今年蘇州的氣候冷的快，飯店開始供暖，房間的冷氣空調不見了，待在房間奧熱難耐，真的很不舒服。跟飯店反應，送來一台風扇，無助改善房間的悶熱。"
