Hokkaido Prefecture Luxury Vacations

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quite spacious for Japan rooms. My family enjoyed using the gym for early morning workouts and our friends made good us of the hotel washing machines. Having a separate elevator to get to the lobby and the hotel rooms was at times bothersome, since it took longer, but I appreciated the safety and protection for hotel guests. The hotel location was convenient—close to subway, lots of shopping and assorted eateries available in walking distance!

It was a quick taxi ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were friendly and helpful

This is the 2nd time we are staying in Grand Park Otaru when we visit Otaru. Proximity to the canal and the eateries makes it our choice

Staff at this hotel was very helpful and always present. Check in process was very smooth. The room is extremely spacious and this was the best thing about this hotel. The location may not be the best, especially if you’re not driving a car. It’s quite a far walk from the actual city centre. This is a huge hotel but for some strange reasons, the lobby and most of the common areas of the hotel seems very deserted. Lots of closed/shut off places.
