Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

Staff everywhere were nonchalant and preoccupied. Food at restaurants was terrible. Location was far from most destinatioms so I used Grab taxis everywhere (relatively cheap plus foreign transaction fees on each fare) because of that. Hotel itself was spacious and clean. The warm cookies at the front desk made my day.

We were upgraded to a suite by the events coordinator. The space was ample , with a kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a tub, and a large balcony with seating. All the furniture was comfortable, but the room was somewhat dated. The restaurant was terrific, and breakfast was wonderful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel were beatiful and quite grand. However the guest rooms could use some updating.

Reasonable priced five stars luxury. I come to malaysia for Medical procedures. Staying for two weeks. The space is ample. Both the bedroom and the restroom. The room is spotless. The daily housekeeping staff are quick and efficient. Daily refill bottles drinking water. My room is on the high floor, quiet and I can see outside from the window. There are total 6 elevators goes up and down. I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Connecting to the Utama 1 mega mall by bridge, and to the MRT station as well. If you don’t mind commuting, want to stay out of the heavy traffic jam in KLCC. This hotel is a solid choice. My only complaint is the bed is on the hard side. The front staff can be better trained. During the checked out, they asked me to pay tourism tax, which is paid by Expedia. I have to present my reservation that stated the tourist tax is been paid. Also, the local government has implemented a small resort charge per room per night, starting in January of 2026. I wasn’t aware of that till check out. The hotel staff should have informed me before hand. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

We loved it! Super clean, great value, nice little restaurant down the road recommended by the staff for authentic Malay chicken and rice. It was super cheap but great! The hotel is so cute! Very boutique and great location
