Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

I like that the hotel provided free shuttle between the nearest train station. Also staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious and loved view from our room 634. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Hongkong in future

Staffs were all very helpful especially the bell service and taxi coordinator. They were always in the entrance waiting to help people move luggage’s or strollers. The property decor was beautiful, the lobby smells so fresh. Love the whole Disney Victorian theme, perfect place to stay when visiting Disney land. Breakfast buffet at enchanted garden was delicious, had a good variety of food and drinks. Mickey came over to take pictures with us during breakfast! I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I entered.

Check in & check out is quick and efficient. Staff are nice & polite

Fast check-in and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. If you need extra coffee for your room, it was made available at no extra charge.

We were lucky to be upgraded to an awesome suite with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and people were very nice and helpful. We had such a great stay!

A/C in the room was excellent. Staff were great! Hallways of my floor had too much air fragrance smell...bad for allergic people. Overall, a nice stay

Clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke fluent english. Free access to fully equiped 24 7 gym.
