The first morning . I woke up the door lock malfunctioned I was locked in on my room had call front desk they sent security his master key would not unlike the door he had to call engineer to break in the room to let me out they had to replace the entire lock

We reported a beeping coming from the ice or vending machine. We had to listen to it all night as no one came to investigate or fix it. Our room was not very clean. There was hair around the sink and on the floor in the bathroom.

Hotel was clean and everything was easy to access. Located in a convenient area of the strip most of the places are walkable distance. Check in and check out was super easy. They have taxis waiting on the go in the garage so waiting long time for a taxi is not an issue. Taxis are much cheaper than Uber/Lyft.
